Abstract:-

 

This research is related to Customer’s perception by ERP system. In whole Study we will insight the value of ERP Systems and their usage of systems. The framework for assessment of value-in-use and value-in-exchange is proposed. Customer’s usage ERP system  as well as customer evaluates of value-in-use . My interviewers are user of ERP system provide support for the framework, we are going to observe each individuals, their observations can assess the quality of ERP System.

Then value-in-exchange by customer, what will be exchange by value created by ERP systems. Our Interviewer will tell that what they are getting in Value exchange.

 

 

 

Aims of the Study

This research study will help for the better understanding of the importance of ERP Systems in Customer’s Perception. The Perceived value are basically measure by two parameters. One is value in usage and another is value in exchange.

Introduction

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a process by which a company (often a manufacturer) manages and integrates the important parts of its business. An ERP management information system integrates areas such as planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance and human resource.

The ERP software functions like some a central nervous system for a business. It collects information about the activity and state of different divisions of the body corporate and makes this information available to other parts where it can be used productively. Information on the ERP is added in real time by users. Any authorized user with a valid password and access to the network can access the system any time.

ERP has different modules for implementations. It depends upon company to company what is their requirements. Their requirements always prescribed their operational, Functional and Integral values for their profit.

Contrary to conventional thinking, modern ERPs are not a single overwhelming application. While an ERP can include numerous functional areas such as Customer Resource Management (CRM), Financial Accounting, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, and Purchasing/e-Commerce, the design of the system is to be modular. This lets you use only the pieces which align to your needs. At the core, an ERP is the glue that binds other systems together. Indeed, some ERPs let you integrate numerous third-party disparate systems into a unified whole.

In fact , Customizations, as well as interfaces and data conversion. But main difficulties of customization is technical risk in ERP implementations. In survey less than 20% of respondents implemented their ERP system with little or no customization. Despite of risk and extra expenses, Most companies find it enormously difficult to control the project scope by turning down customization. Most companies wants use these value so control manner. The Repertory Grid is an instrument designed to capture the dimension and structure of personal meaning. This instrument helps to find observer view in their own terms. These test cases sense of the world as a structured interview designed to make those constructs with which persons organise more explicit. The repertory grid is a method used to explore the structure and content of these personal meaning through which we perceive.

George A. Kelly invented the Repertory Grid Technique as an instrument for the observation of personal constructs.

The repertory grid is applied in four phase. There are Following names.

1.       Design Phase

2.       Administration Phase

3.       Mathematical analysis

4.       Cognitive measures

Design Phase is where the parameters that define the area of application are set out. This phase is determined by the objective of investigator. Entry into this phase requires a good knowledge of how grid is administered and analysed.

 

Administration phase the type of the structured interview for grid and matrix is defined. Generally, any type of interview involves between system of two or more people. A process including three stages: Stimulation of elements, Stimulation of constructs, and rating. If elements and constructs are previously provided, then one continues directly to the rating phase.

The repertory grid data have been subjected to a vast variety of Mathematical analysis of which have incorporated the most useful and sophisticated. Once the grid has been administered, the resulting data matrix is potentially as complex as the rating system allows, and its size depends on the final number of elicited or provided constructs and elements used.

Although the repertory grid has generated many ways that purportedly measure certain cognitive dimensions, it is worth clarifying some terms right at the beginning of this chapter. As it has been specifically adapted to the repertory grid technique, the GRIDCOR programme calculates the main cognitive measures found in the repertory grid literature.

Repertory Grid is very useful for Data analysis. The Repertory Grid is study of individual in detail, but also for the comparison of different respondents or of the same respondent on various occasions. The Comparison of grids by different individuals can best be done with designs that employ the same constructs. Nevertheless, when eliciting the constructs and elements, the scoring system and the size of the grid are kept constant for a group of subjects so that the cognitive measures derived from their grids can be compared. This allows for comparisons to be made, even though the constructs and elements may be different. We are going comparing between value-in-use and value-in-exchange with different observer with various occasions.

Conclusion

Our conceptual framework for assessment of value-in-use implies that customer value may be unearthed by examining the interconnected constructs of: (a) Ease of Customization (b) High Flexibility(c) Familiarity of user interface; value-in-use. The case data were consistent with this framework, while adding a new construct, network quality.
